A Magical Visit to Fergus High School: Talking Vaping Awareness with Lewistown’s Teens

I had a fantastic time speaking at Fergus High School in Lewistown, Montana about vaping awareness. Both the high school and middle school students were an amazing audience, engaged, respectful, and eager to learn.

I also brought something extra to the presentation: a mix of magic and illusions to help bring the message to life in a way students wouldn't forget.

Vaping is still one of the biggest challenges facing Montana schools. State data shows that many Montana high school students have tried vaping, which is exactly why an anti-vaping school assembly needs to do more than simply list warnings.

Using edutainment, blending educational lessons with entertainment, helped turn a serious topic into an experience that was memorable, meaningful, and even fun. After the assemblies, many students came up to tell me how much they enjoyed the presentation. As a school speaker, that's one of the most rewarding signs that the message connected.
