Rob Hackenson, founder of Dynamic Influence, practiced the art of magic and received his certification as a hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. After graduating from Western New England College in three years, Robert went onto get an MBA and Certificate in Advanced Organizational Leadership from Nichols College. Robert worked as a full time entertainer and performed for high schools, colleges and prestigious companies like Sungard, The Boston Beer Company (Sam Adams), O’Neil & Associates. Robert then saw a unique opportunity to combine his degree in business with his knowledge of psychology to benefit schools, organizations corporate clients. Robert started delivering customized motivational presentations as he has a knack for presenting material in a captivating way that conveys any message in a brilliant fashion.
Vision
It is his belief that lecturing to audiences results in glazed eyes, and that messages are much more memorable when they are delivered in an entertaining fashion. Robert then began his quest to create and deliver unique and engaging presentations on important topics to companies and schools.

Since 2004 Rob has created and delivered presentations on a number of topics to a variety of audiences. Rob has delivered presentations on: “Bullying Prevention,” “Social Media Dangers & Cyber Safety,” “Drug, Alcohol, & Tobacco Awareness (Sober Thoughts),” and “Moving Up to New School,” to students, teachers and parents at Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, and Colleges.
