Requirements for the Show...
For the show I’ll just need…
1 – wireless lapel or headset mic (this is preferable but I can work with just a wireless handheld)
1 – wireless handheld mic
1 – small table (6ft long 2.5ft high table) on the front center of the stage
1 – projector
1 – projector screen (I will supply my on computer, it’s a mac but I have adapters for VGA or HDMI) and I prefer to have my computer close to or on the stage/presentation area
My presentation has sound so I need an audio cable to plug into the headphone jack on computer
2 – Bottles of water
**Extra Requirements for Presentations on Bullying or Transition**
For Bullying Prevention Presentation ONLY!!!! 1 banana is required for each bullying prevention presentation. (It makes sense in the presentation 🙂
For Transition to High School / Transition to College Presentations ONLY!!! 4 Armless Chairs. No chairs are needed for any other

Three Learning Objectives
This presentation will focus on 3 areas.

Tips to Help Attendance to Parent Nights / Community Events...
- Free child care during the event. Schools have national honor society students watch and play with kids during the event for free as part of their community service.
- Free food – some schools have local pizza places or other restaurants in the community donate some food to the event.
- Homework free pass – Having teachers offer a homework free pass to students if their parent attends the event.
- Request RSVP – you can request that parents let you know if they are going to attend so you can have the right amount of food and child care. If a parent rsvp’s they have committed to the event and are less likely to back out last minute 🙂
